If you are having problems with scanning a QR code, or if you do not have an extra device/screen to scan the QR code from, please follow these steps to activate your eSIM manually using the SM-DP Address and Activation Code provided in your email:
1. Go to Settings and Cellular page and Add eSIM
2. Select Use QR code
3. Select Enter Details Manually
4. Enter the SM-DP+ Address (found in the same email as your eSIM QR code)
5. Enter the Activation Code (found in the same email as your eSIM QR code)
6. Select Next and follow the on screen instructions.
